Individual stand construction: Monday, November 11 from 15:00 to Tuesday, November 12 until 24:00
During build-up time all halls are open 24hours. 
Delivery of standard stand construction and full service package: Tuesday, November 12 at 19:00

 
Catering

Catering service at Istanbul Expo Center is exclusively provided by the catering company Expo Food. It is forbidden to get food and catering service from any other company. 
Getting food and products from any other company – including takeaway services – will not be accepted by the security staff of IDTM. 
In order to avoid any inconvenience during the fair, we kindly request you to pay attention to this matter. The treats that are allowed at exhibitor booths are defined as cookies and non-alcoholic drinks. It is strictly forbidden to bring and offer alcohol beverages at the fairground. Please consider the related article of the contract for further details otherwise sever penalties can be executed.

Catalogue
Please be aware that logitrans official exhibition catalogue is not handled by a third party. Please fill in the catalogue entry form by September 27. Basic exhibitor information is published in the exhibition catalogue free of charge. That information includes company name, country, website, hall/stand number and 3 product or service categories. The organizer will use the information stated at the participation contract if the order form is not handed in on time.
In addition to the basic catalogue, entry companies can book additional packages or advertisement. Please see options here
 
Cleaning

EKO MMI is responsible for the general cleaning of the exhibition area. However, the exhibitors will be in charge of cleaning during the set-up and dismantling periods. In order to keep the corridors between the stands open and clean, packages and boxes must be taken out of the exhibition area immediately after the goods are unpacked.

Exhibitors who request stand cleaning service during the exhibition must inform EKO MMI by filling in and submitting the related part in the order form before the specified deadline. Stand cleaning is carried out in the morning and includes cleaning of floor surfaces, surfaces of furniture and waste disposal. Daily stand cleaning service fee is EUR 2 + VAT / sqm.

 

Co-exhibitor

Additional companies presenting their products & services with own staff at the stand of a main exhibitor must be registered as a co-exhibitor. Co-exhibitor fee includes marketing services, visitor invitation, 3 exhibitor passes and basic catalogue entry.
Co-exhibitor fee: EUR 200 + 18% VAT

 

Company Presentation

The Forum Area within the hall at the fairground is the ideal place for your company presentations or press conferences. It is equipped with min. 50 audience seating capacity, large screen, projector; sound and speaker system. Utilization fee for the exhibitors is EUR 100 per hour. For booking please use the order form. Please contact with us for date and time period availability.

 

Compressed air

Exhibitors who need compressed air at their stands should inform EKO MMI about their demand with the related part in the order form. Maximum compressed air that can be supplied at the exhibition ground is 6 bars.
Compressed air fee is EUR 100 + VAT.

Conference Room
Two conference rooms and one meeting room are available for rental during exhibition opening hours. For booking please use the order form. Please contact directly with the organizer for availability.
 
Customs Clearance
For any information regarding customs clearance in Turkey please get in contact with our official freight forwarder. It is necessary to state the exhibition name and the organizer's names as well as the place and the date of the event in your communication.

Electricity supply

Floor Space only: Exhibitors who signed 'space only' contract with EKO MMI must order electricity to get electric power. A minimum of 3kW electricity must be ordered with the Order Form.

Floor space including stand construction: Exhibitors who bookes 'stand package' for logitrans have 1 electrical connection and 2 kW electricity consumption included in their stand package.
They must submit their demands for electric power that exceed 2 kW, against payment by filling in the related part in the order form.

Exhibitor passes

During build-up period no passes are required for entering for exhibitors and stand construction companies. 
Exhibitor passes are not send in advanced. They must be collected from the exhibitor service office at the foyer area at the fairground. 2 exhibitor passes are given free of charge for the first 10 square meter exhibition space. 1 additional exhibitor pass will be given free of charge for each additional 10 square meter exhibition space. Co-exhibitor receive 3 exhibitor passes free of charge. It is forbidden for the exhibitors to let others use their exhibitor badges for whatever the reason is.
Exhibitors who need exhibitor passes more than supplied free of charge by EKO MMI must inform EKO MMI by filling in and submitting the related part in the order form before the specified deadline.
Extra exhibitor pass fee is EUR 5 + VAT for each pass.

Shuttle Service (free of charge)
At the end of the last built up day and during the fair we offer a free of charge shuttle service for visitors & exhibitors between the fairground (in front of entrance) – IDTM (Metro Station) – Istanbul Atatürk Airport (National and International Departure only). The bus will be leaving approximately every 20 minutes.

Parking

A self-service restaurant is available in the Foyer Area between Hall 9 and Hall 10.

 
Security
EKO MMI is responsible for the general cleaning and security services of the exhibition area. Exhibitors who request stand security service during the exhibition must inform EKO MMI by filling in and submitting the related part in the order form before the specified deadline. Due to general security terms, stand security services cannot be taken from another company. Stand Security is on basis of a 12 hour shift from 8pm to 8 am. 12-hour stand security service fee is EUR 100 + VAT.

Stand Construction

Exhibitors who booked 'floor space only' for logitrans  may have their stand constructed by the companies recommended below, provided that they will bear the entire responsibility and have the internal decoration expenses met on their own account. It is necessary to state the exhibition name and the organizer's names as well as the place and the date of the event in your communication. Exhibitors must submit the architectural projects of their stands to EKO MMI latest by October 7, 2019 and have them approved.
