How to Exhibit


Determine the dimension of the stand in which you will represent your company.
 
Determine the type of the stand: Space Only or Standard Construction).

Space Only
 
 

The price for space only does not include electricity or flooring. The exhibitors need to request those services on the relevant Order Form. The exhibitor must have the architectural design for the intended booth construction approved by EKO MMI on the date specified in the time schedule and the electricity point should be marked on.

If you choose space only, you need to

Contract a stand construction company,

Send the project of the intended stand construction to EKO MMI for approval until the deadline,

Order the electricity for your until the deadline. 
 

 
Standard Construction
 
     
 

Standard booth price includes booth construction, fascia panel with company logo, carpeting (red), one spotlight (75 Watt) for every 3 m2 of the booth space, a set of electric sockets, 1m x 1m lockable room, 2 kW electricity supply. For the electricity needs above 2 kW and for other needs exhibitors need to fill related Order Form. For furniture orders you can contact with our suppliers.

If you choose Standard Construction, you need to make the necessary preparations to furnish your booth.

Full Service Package
 

 
 
     

There are 3 sizes of Full Service Package.The 12 sqm stand package includes 1 storage room 1m x 1m, 1 table, 3 chairs, 1 brochure rack, 1 bar stool, 1 counter,1 wastepaper basket, daily stand cleaning, 5 exhibitor passes and premium catalogue package. The 21 sqm stand package includes 1 storage room 1m x 1m, 2 tables, 6 chairs, 1 brochure rack, 1 bar stool, 1 counter,1 wastepaper basket, daily stand cleaning, 10 exhibitor passes and premium catalogue package. The 28 sqm stand package includes 1 storage room 1m x 1m, 2 tables, 8 chairs, 1 brochure rack, 1 bar stool, 1 counter,1 wastepaper basket, daily stand cleaning, 12 exhibitor passes and premium catalogue package.

EKO MMI team will propose the appropriate places according to your preferred dimension and location. Select the appropriate one of those places.

 

EKO MMI will confirm your chosen place and send you the stand confirmation letter and a copy of the signed Participation Contract by EKO MMI.

Announce your participation at logitrans to your customers and business partners.

 

Plan your participation in accordance with the events and conferences.

 

Do not skip these two points to introduce your company in the best way:

  a) Determine the staff to take part at the exhibition and train them on the representation of your company.
  b) Prepare the products to be distributed at the exhibition, such as company brochures, business cards, promotional materials, preferrably in English and Turkish.
